Nokomis CornerstoneThe Nokomis Learning Center was founded in 1988. The Center’s mission is to preserve and present the history, arts and culture of the “people of the Three Fires”– the Odawa, Potawatomi, and Ojibwe. The building contains an art gallery, an exhibit classroom and a gift shop. Over 20,000 visitors have participated in programs since its doors first opened. The center provides tours for over 200 groups each year.
