Since the inception of the Nokomis Cultural Heritage Center, Meridian Twp. have been a strong support system for the center.
Federally recognized Tribal government with over 1,400 enrolled Tribal Members. The NHBP main offices are located at the Pine Creek Indian Reservation near Athens, Michigan.  Are long time supporters and friends of the Nokomis Cultural Heritage Center.
Commonly known as Gun Lake Tribe in Shelby, Michigan.  Federarally Recognized Tribal government.  They have been long time supporters and friends of the Nokomis Cultural Heritage Center.
